Items will be shipped within 24-48 hours upon completion of order and payment, unless items are back ordered. Raksa Skin ships with UPS. Once your order is en route, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information.

Raksa Skin is unable to cancel orders once these have been processed to ship; typically within 1-2 hours from the time the order is placed.

We offer returns within 15 days of purchase back to your original form of payment. To return, please enclose the product in the original packaging and use the pre-paid return label enclosed in your package. Once the product is received, the amount minus the original shipping cost and $4 for return shipping will be refunded to your original payment method. The product must contain at least 50% or more of product to qualify for a refund.
